this song is about smoking oxycontin on foil, hence "the dark trail" when free-based oxycontin leaves a dark trail on the foil that you would follow with a straw to inhale the smoke. itching and burning has to do with the side effects of oxy's ( raised body temp. and itching all over) taking the blue dress off is removing the wax time release coating so you just have pure oxycodone.

Wow... just wow. When I first listened to this band I couldn't get into them that much. But when I listen and pay attention to the music, and learn their songs, I find out how amazing they are. I couldn't get into them earlier because I didn't appreciate what I was listening to. What sets them apart from other screaming bands is that their music is very deep (not the lyrics the actual music) and there is so much to learn about their style.
