  • As a minority, I will say I agree with you. I think you seem a bit eccentric to some people so they thumbs you down, but you make many good points, however most of them are superficial rather than beneficial. At the end of the day, there needs to be a way to counterbalance the injustices of this country's history's. Some of the effects of which are still present... So I think AA works for the benefit of the underprivileged more than it works against them.

  • guy is annaying QQ

  • @1wingedangel13 the core of the problem lies in each heart, in yours it's "how can you say a white supremacist real or fiction has a good point on anything?" the point and the source are different things. I don't like a lot of what louis farakan has to say but two facts are true 1. I would fight to the death for his right to shoot off his mouth just like my rights, and he said things are better if people drank less. 2. he has a good point there.

  • @1wingedangel13 I just would like to see people get along. Anyone who has pride because of their ethnicity didn't really earn that sense of pride. It is like what George Carlin said that taking pride in your ethnicity is no different than saying that you have pride in the color of your eyes. Pride should be reserved for personal achievement not the roll of the genetic dice. People just need to evolve. If affirmative action is making people mad, then it can have an adverse affect.

  • @1wingedangel13 If you don't take all points of view into account then you leave yourself half-blind. The basis of most human turmoil stems from conflict of interest. If nobody is willing to listen and take into account both sides of a conflict and at least attempt to see some relevance in the views, then there is no way to come to a non-aggressive resolution. Of course, some sides aren't even willing to be heard peacefully when given a chance. That's when you can exact righteous rage.

  • What do you know. The dinner conversation from American History X popped up in related videos.

  • I hear you. Creating more discrimination to attempt to solve discrimination through segregation and special treatment, ends up making everyone lose in some way. American History X had a good point when the white supremacist father said that affirmative action led to him having less qualified coworkers backing him up since they were minorities over the other more qualified applicants. There is relevance to both sides, even the ones that are stigmatized. It is important to listen to people.

  • would be nice if you didnt have to read from the notecard or whatever... makes it seem like youre some butthurt fag who cant speak from the heart

  • by the way I am not reading from note cards this is my actuall speech, you are noticing however that my eyes are not focused on the camera my eyes are focused on the mirror in the bathroom, so I can see the camera's view. I do read from notes when I have a poem to put up but this video has no poem so It is just impromtu speaking. From the heart!!

  • Thank you for your deep philosophical comment. it obvious that a literate person like your self has spent a lot of time thinking due to the length and complexity of your responce.
