  • your hair is messy

  • 40-50 years ago, if you took out a $100 bill at a store and didn't look rich, it immediately raised suspicions. Some people would even call the cops.

Don't worry about the sheeple. the shepherds lead the way, alway have, always will!

  • Mr. Dice started out ok but then he started beating up on steve o and getting way over the top christian. I unsubcribed from people who have obviouse or hidden motives.

  • lol at the phone number, i think when depression comes, no1 will be able to use phones

  • Fascinating insights on people's reactions.

  • That's funny, your video parallels exactly my experience with friends and family when I've had the same conversations with them. Talk about being programmed! LOL.

  • Put a platinum coin in their hand and they'd be really shocked. Too bad I'm not rich enough to experience holding an oz of gold or platinum. Have only bought silver so far.

  • There is also a YouTube video out there with David Morgan (Silver Guru) approaching people on the street (I think Seattle) asking them if they know the current spot price and having them hold a Krugerrand in their hand. Its a few years old...check it out.

  • Your are so right on this, we in this country are discouraged in holding real money

Even holding a few hundred fake dollars is discouraged

but driving a 30 thousand dollar car, thats fine.

  • SF, if youre going to keep waving those silver and gold coins around like that, you need to conclude your videos with, When I snap my fingers you will wake up, Snap.

I always enjoy your comments and observations about the metals. Thanks for posting.

  • You are welcome! Good point, I will begin next video with hypnosis...

  • yes we have been conditioned.

  • My hair could have used some conditioner this morning before i shot that video

  • I love watching your videos. Thank you :)

  • You are welcome!

  • Gold and Silver in video games are usually a 10 to 1 ratio ... could you imagine if silver was 10 to 1 with gold...

  • Not sure about that...

Looking at apmex historical 20 and 30 year charts.

Gold averages around $330 and silver around $5. So gold is 66x more expensive historically.

Then take 66*current silver price of $15 and you have around $990. Just about 100% in historical norms.

Let me know if I'm missing something...

  • Add to that the much higher % over spot you have to pay for something like a silver eagle, and it seems like gold is the way to go.

  • jonvss, the historic gold to silver ratio is 16:1.

  • @jimbobubbadj ,

You might be right, but I'm not seeing it. I just checked the charts again. Looking at the 20 year since it's easier to eyeball. Gold is clearly averaging around $330 and silver clearly around $5.00.

  • jonvss, try googling it. For gold and silver 20yrs is very short. I'm going by a time span of centuries and longer.

  • jimbobubbadj,

Just googled the historical ratio and if you go back to the 1300's and average it out, you might be right. But the last time that ratio was hit was in the 1700s. In the 1800s it was averaging around 20:1 and then a new silver discoveries were found in the early 1900's and the average been dropping like a rock(getting wider) since.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but to buy silver thinking the old 16:1 rule will come back seems like a bad idea.

    Best,

    Jon

  • jonvss, check out gata on the web. Youtube will not allow url's in the comment section. There is actually much less silver now than there used to be. Much has been used up in industry. I agree about in the last 70 yrs or so the ratio has gone way up. Based on the amount of silver now left, it should be back at its historical ratio of 16:1 or perhaps even less.

  • I got some gold Canadian maples the other day. My daughter (7yrs old) was entranced, she commented on the weight and beauty. Then she used them and some silver rounds to play "store" with her my little ponies. Funny how kids get it.

  • ha ha playing store with my little pony!

just make sure she doesnt tell her friends about all your gold coins and rounds.

  • Agreed. I've told my kids they are not to talk to others about our PM's or our other preps (food storage, guns, ect). They both know these things are private family matters.

  • That is a funny story!

  • thats because it doesnt read 1 dollar or fifty dollars on it bro. I think we're finally seeing a bottom to this recent silver and gold bear, it's starting to take off again, just bought another 100 oz apmex stacker bar at about 1600.00 bucks. I hope im right hehe

  • You're right.. no question. Only a matter of time.

  • :-)

    Soooo true!

Heck, just holding a chunk of solid gold in your hands (be it a coin or bar) is a stunning moment. hehe Remember your "first time" holding gold in your hands?

  • oh yes.. the first time ;) I felt like a pirate with me hands finally on me booty!

  • Yes, makes me want to be a pirate for Halloween!

  • great

  • Hey Joe, what up.... your awesome... your like me and listen to the same people such as myself.... You the main silver guy on the net today hahaha...

  • cool, I like being the main man!

  • Yeah most people I know have no idea about gold and silver. They also have no idea about our economy and what's to come, despite the fact that I've tried to warn them.

  • That's because they are brainless sheep only good for fleecing at intervals.

  • that and they are TOO SCARED to face the truth because that would mean the matrix is a falsehood and they would have to start living their life in a completely different way

  • Good call!!

  • Exactly!!

  • My car cost 2 oz of gold :o)

  • Junk car.

  • no, smart car. Guild is smart enough to not waste his gold on a depreciating asset which costs more gold to operate annually. Junk comment.

  • its goes very well from A to B what can yours do edmack4me ?

  • Even though I own some gold, it is strange how a small piece of metal is worth so much. I guess that is why only $2.5 and $5 gold pieces were used for commerce, and $20 pieces were used for bank to bank transactions. These coins are going to be around long after we are dead.

  • Hand a full roll of old US silver dollars to a friend. Tell him that's what twenty dollars used to feel like. Watch the reaction.

  • Good info.

  • SERIOUS PAMP porn lol

  • Yea, if they made that lade on the bar nude that would take Pamp porn up a notch!

  • It doesn't help when the only gold coins people are used too are in computer games, in which everything is priced in gold coins. Even cheap stuff like food.

It gives people a warped perception.

  • Lol, they need to make Super Mario Bros rounds.

  • They should have used copper or silver coins in the games instead of gold.

  • Some games do use silver.. I like those games! (although, sadly, in my adult years I don't play very many video games anymore except Madden Football)

  • Give an examples, because all of the games I have use gold.

  • Sure.. now, keep in mind I'm referencing kid games now which is all I know anymore because my children, but Sonic the Hedgehog games use silver coins (some gold too, but many silver (and pretty!))... There are silver coins in the lego series games.. lego batman, lego indiana jones, etc. there are others too, but i don't know their names. Trust me.. i'm a silver bug and notice anytime I see silver in my world!! LOL :)
