What I'd like to know is why they're not releasing MGS games to the PC as well. It's a damn shame, there's an entire generation of people that still haven't tried this amazing game because of that.

And here are two more things that make no fucking sense 1) Metal Gear Rising will be for the PC, while MGS 3 and 4 were not. 2) MGS4 is available on iOS, but not on PC.

There was a certain charm about Metal Gear Solid 3 that didn't need to rely on nanomachines or some of the most crazy of the wall plot devices you've ever seen to come up with a good story. Sure it was still waaaaaay out there, but it looks like a frigging historical document compared to the foxdie/nanomachines/octo cammo / cyborg ninjas etc etc.

But then the end of the game explains how Ocelot became Liquid but it never explained how he got his voice in MGS2. It could just be a goof or something.

@TheRunningComedian In MGS3, in the cave if you call EVA Snake will ask how Ocelot became a commander at his age and she'll say that he was given special treatment because he was the son of a legendary warrior and that his mother gave birth on the battlefield and was left with a snake scar across her torso. His mother was The Boss, she gave birth on the battlefield of D-Day, The Sorrow was the father, but her baby was taken by the Philosophers, that baby was Adamska who later became Ocelot.

So Liquid had dominant genes, but was tricked to believe that Snake had them. So, as you see, Snake is even more badass than you thought =)

@zuschlag123 this is not the best game ever, Metal gear series have not that much focused on gameplay, most on story, so far I've seen this is the game that focuses more on gameplay, but it still has over 10-15 minute cut scene's, thats not normal, when I play this, it feels a lot more like a really exciting long movie rather then a game, but this one feels more like a game then MGS 3 and bellow

@randomenvelope Actually MGS3 is pretty fun, cause you play it in a survival manner. Like, gathering food for stamina and not recover health with food. MGS3 doesn't do much in terms of shooter, but it's fun when it comes to messing around. I wouldn't say it's boring, though MGS4 is better :D
