You can't compare skateboarding and snowboarding, because, as similar as they can be, they're not the same thing. One can't be sicker than the other, and it's just pointless to try and prove your point. You can do different things with both, and there are different ways to do the same things. They both have advantages and disadvantages.

Besides, isn't the point of both just to have fun? So either way, there can't be 'the best way' to have fun.

im a snowboarder ive bin doing that all my life

i do skate sometimes in the fall and spring when i cant snowboard as a hobby. but i think snowboardings harder becuase you need to get over WAY more of a fear aspect when hitting big lines and ramps and what not

Of course the people who snowboard say snowboarders are sicker. Vice-versa as well. Unfortunately, neither is sicker.

Snowboarders have the trouble of having a board attached to them.

Skateboarding have to deal with catching the board after they flip it.

Snowboarders powerslide like hell.

Skateboarders stick too much.

It goes on, they're both sick. Personally, having tried both, I enjoy skateboarding more, but they're both equally difficult.

Skimboarding is the sickest! Or maybe not... I snowboard, but I think skimming is also really fun. You should try it once if you haven't. ;) Because if you like skateboarding or snowboarding, I bet you like that too... is this too much offtopic? :D

brederin, i skate and snowboard armature for ride.... both are hard in their own aspects. snowboarding is hard to commit to the big tricks, skateboarding is hard because of the tech aspect.
