Hi, I admit that I did not watch the entire video so you may have covered my question already so I'm sorry if that is the case. My question is: My eggplants are very small and they are getting flowers. Should I cut the flowers off until the plants grow larger? Thanks for any advice you can give me. :)
Hi, egg plants can live for the full season in the pot as long as you can keep them outside under sun. In the east cost you can get yield up to the month of October. The key thing to keep them healthy in pot are the container below with water to keep them moist as well as the slow releasing fertilizer which keep them fed with nutrients as the soil in the pot itself is not sufficient to do it. Happy gardening!
@deejo2009 - Thanks for watching and Good Luck. After almost 3 years, this is the first year I get to see good success on it. It's September here in VA and they are still having their fruits.. I guess after this week or so , I have to put them to rest.
nice video...I'd like to see a video on how you cook the eggplant?
