@d103cc I know that you mean well but on other videos you come off as sounding very rude. this video was back from 2007 and the carseat that this littel girl is in was deemed safe back then.

i am also a carseat advocate and also warn parents about the safty of 5 point harnesses and ERF. My 4 year old daughter is still in a 5 point harness at 45 lbs and 45 inches. she is in the Graco Natulas and my 4 month old will be ERF after she out grows her infant seat i am going to get her the my ride 65

I also noticed the harness being below her shoulders, great if she is rearfacing but they need up if she is forward facing.

Also, if you can get her a 5 pt harness seat it is safer for her. You can do a little research and find out why.
