I had a EVO EVO 4G its dead. Sprint sold it to me. then I aksed to fix it. Sprint demadned to call the police. this is why. I said NO to a 2 year contract. @alexkills I actually did a test with my garmin and HTC and found the HTC to be better. It configured a faster route, and it reconfigured faster and more accurately then my garmin. However, it does have a pretty sucky battery life so you will probably have to get an on-board charger :/. Otherwise its a great phone... I would definitely choose it over ANY other phone on the market :)

programs like task killer actually kill your battery faster. Based on the way android saves programs you close to memory and does not actually keep them running like ios does., thus by running task killer as a daemon you lose more battery power than if you let android handle it itself.

Evo is the best phone on the market... period. It's not even debatable. iPhones are for morons who don't want or understand how to use 'choices'. Evo comes with free television, a better camera, 10x faster service than iPhone, a fraction of the price for service, you don't have to f'ng "jailbreak" it to put a friggin' wallpaper on it, it can do live wallpaper btw... I just got my Evo yesterday, its so beautiful and its easy to work it. Its my only christmas gift for this year but I don't care because its the best. It does everything and I'm linked to all of my stuff like Facbook, My Yearbook, Photobucket, and Myspace. If you plan on buying this phone but do not have sprint service it will not be the same phone as displayed. I have seen the same phone though other companys. They are not nearly as fast. Even if your in an area with 3G; or in the process of upgrading to 4G. My phone is much faster than my friends even in 3G, My phone displays the sprint logo on the top right, hers is blank and does not have any of the exclusive sprint features.

I have Sprint HTC Evo with 4g. I have had sprint service for three years. I am very impressed with their service. Watching this video tempts me to create a video of my own. Did they mention google in this video? The magnifying-glass button (1 of 4 buttons) on the bottom right of the phone pulls up google. Also including google navigation; google holds an array of unique features. I am proud to have Sprint HTC. I paid $200 and had it charged to my next months phone bill no up-front cost.Ty sprint
