Cover doesn't really suck. She's got a beautiful voice, but the tempo is a bit too fast and the damn thing is cut off halfway through. What's with that? I'd have liked to hear it all the way through.

Really, there are two classic versions of this for me: the original by Roy Orbison and Linda Ronstadt's. I've yet to hear anyone deliver as well as either of them.

Wouldn't it have been great if they could have recorded a duet of that song?

@MightyMartel I did hear it, and though I love Norah Jones, it didn't do a whole lot for me. I really prefer both the Linda Ronstadt and original Roy Orbison versions, as well as the Corr version.

Not a put-down of Norah's version. Just a question of personal taste, I guess.

So far all these tracks sound like nostalgic takes on The Corr's glory days which have long since past. I love this song particularly Roy Orbisons version but sadly not this lame attempt. Ever since Everybody Hurts & Time Enough For Tears; Andrea has attempted the tightrope of artistic balladry & poetic interpretation of covers but it has not worked! Please try something else!
