If it means anything to you, I've done this with my 15 mw as well. Balloon popping sees to be one of the relatively easier thigns to do. I can't even feel this on my hand, it cantlight a match, won't make a mark in paper, and can't make a mark in a crayon either.
That is fake. I have a 50mw and will burn though black plastic up close and is verfiied at 50mw. A 15mw will not bust bellooms, so your laser must be modified. A 15mw will not bust beloons from that distance.

It's a 15mW classic from Wicked Lasers. I wouldn't order from them again, I had no problems, but I've read bad things about them on LC.
