Ya these thoughts aren't very uncommon, and though this is probably reality there really is no proof you can offer which will ever overthrow the skepticism argument. I'm sure the crazy bum (or street corner prophet, whichever you prefer) could point out lots of proof from his supposed fake reality to prove that it's real, hell he probably has a million imaginary expert witnesses to support his claims and agree with him. Sanity is a craziness you believe the majority agrees on.

Real? How can you know what is real? Even if there is an external reality, your brain is trapped in the darkness of its skull only left to speculate about an external reality (that is assuming we're not creating all of this in our "mind", which would mean I'm talking to myself). But I am sure, whatever way your "mind" was created out of this supposed nothing, other minds could have sprung up the same way, and I'm sure there would be interconnections...maybe this reality is a product of that?

You'd be a fan of Zeitgeist addendum, and their Venus project. Sounds great on paper, but there will always be competition. If food is taken out of the equation, people will compete over who can fuck better, or write poetry better, and then you'd get the class structure emerging again but in a different field (which might be the better for us as a people) but I believe there would be rampant sabotage in whatever new field emerged.

You are completely wrong. If it were privatized there would be a choice. As it is now, we are forced to use the Fed notes by the government. In a libertarian system there would be another private bank to compete with this bank, and the paper they printed wouldn't automatically have value, it would have to be backed by something... Libertarians believe that there should be a choice, not monopolized government propped private dictators. The world would be so much better without these leeches.
