it was pretty obvious the ref called some dodgy penalty's all throughout the game. lets have a look at the situation. south africa have done enough to get through to the next round with wales and samoa second. if samoa beat south africa then wales dont make it through to the second round. what does the IRB do. they get a welsh idiot to ref the game. i respect the south africans but alot of the penalty's were clearly wrong from all the replays. a win comes from the players and not the ref.
