well I don't know I don't think he got in trouble for anything and plus this movie came out in 1980 I think and when he used the DB5 at that time the EON films never used the DB5 since goldfinger and they didn't use it into piece Brosan became 007 and he was not doing a portrayal of James Bond he was doing portrayal of somebody that wanted to be Roger Moore and I don't think they didn't know that Roger was doing this movie or knew that he was using the DB5
