there are fantastic, i made a couple of changes, some in my house dont like spice, so i used 1/2tsp of smoked paprika instead of the chilli flakes, also i used herbs instead of erbs.

Soak your fennel seeds in water, change the water 3x a day. When they start to sprout use them in the patty mix. You're welcome.
