  • do you have a servo on the guys head? :P

  • Nice vid, lucky to have such a nice place to fly.

  • nice flying and edit. But Flycam image quality sucks...sorry

  • Aside from being a great R/C flying video, who is the group doing the background music?

  • That's my own band, ABB see: the-abb.com

  • Nice video, been thinking of a nice first camera for my planes and I think this video did it for me. Don't like the lines if you catch the prop in the picture but haven't yet seen a camera that doesn't pick that up. Their HD camera is a little pricey right now but this at half the cost sounds pretty good.

  • to take the still photos did you use another servo to activate the shutter?

  • @Paddyo11 No, it was a lot of separate flights

  • hey whats that plane called ?

    wanna get 1

  • man oh man that looks like fun

  • Nice vid is this the flycam one2

  • Great video - we edited!

  • わ~小さいおじさんが乗ってる!!

  • Great flying, great blues, and great camera!

  • Love that video, I need to try that photo setting, you have shown that it gets some great results. Top video, thanks for sharing... 5* for sure...

  • Thanks. my Airplane is a 40 size mustang, I rather use a counterweight then..

  • Thanks, it is clever, it gives me ideas, such as a put a miniservo on my plane to move a hand with a thumb up, or so, also release a parachuter..

did you need to counterweight the opposite wing tip, when you atached the camera to one side? keep up the good vids!

  • I don't need a counterweight with my large models, but you might with a smaller one... Also, you need to consider the CG with a small model when mounting on the fin...

  • is that dummy head mounting on a spring or has a mini servo to mov it???

    Nice vid though!

  • Yes, the pilot's head is attached to a servo...

  • LOL,i thought it was real!

  • What setting do you have the camera on? I just recieved mine and tried out all the settings and 'UR' for Video recording seems to be the best; but not as good as this.

  • UR is the correct setting for video. It sounds silly, but check that you have removed the clear plastic protective cover from the lens. The camera battery is pretty useless, but the new clip-on extreme battery is brilliant...

  • OK! I'll have to check that out to make sure. Thanks. I've already had experience with the stock battery and you're right, it is useless. I left the power switch on the 'on' position accidentally for maybe a 1/2 hour. To make a long story short, I just had the casing apart and replaced the battery last night and it's working fine. I'm going to have to get one of those clip on batteries you speak of though. That is only if I like the camera after the first flight.

  • Ah ha. You're a genius. There was a plastic film on the lens and now it's crystal clear (insofar as the outside screen is concerned).

It was quite hard to see, I would of never of guessed that there was film on there. They really should have put that somewhere in the instructions. THANK YOU.

  • is the clear plastic cover meant to come off, because it doesn't look so on mine... looks like it'd be damaged

  • 1:24 what's that point on the sun?

  • This vid pretty much sold me! Next paycheck, I'll own one.

  • Beautiful plane, very nice music, wonderfull flight. This video is awesome. Congratulations !

  • MAd!!!! His head moves!!!

  • Best flycamone video I've seen till now!

  • Excellent and attractive

  • I just ordered one of these cameras online. How did you set it up to get the still photos?

  • If you look on the menu, you will find that PE is the setting you want (Endless Photo)

  • This is so great, the way his head is moving along the strearing inputs, great job.

  • Very nice!!! Regards from Argentina.

  • Very nice, awesome scene.

    Awesome Video.

It´s very nice the fly with your airplane. :)

    Radio controled models make fun.

  • Really enjoyed this!! Loved the shots with the camera mounted on the outboard part of the wing!! Great job.

  • 1:26 is a great picture, looks very real, vicely done! :)

  • For people that are talking about the litle pilot - my dad once handcrafted his own shaped head out of wood and cut off some his own hair to stick on it!!!

  • that litle pilot's head and his eyes.. kinda scary, but i like that kind of stuf.

  • Great job man!

I'm looking for a mini camera to get footage from rockets; this may be just the job.

I was a bit put off by some footage i have seen that had a regular wave, like looking though a slow wobbling jelly. Maybe a resonance effect?

But yours looks stable and really sweet.

    And good flying skills, kudos!

  • Great editing, great pilot !!!

  • Great editing! What program did you use? I just got a flycamone2 camera and so far my video's glitch every few seconds, yours looks great. Is there a something I am doing wrong?

  • I think I used Windows Movie Maker on that one...

Have you got the reccommended fast SD card for the camera? A slow one might not be able to cope...

Also, make sure you have the latest firmware from their website.

Finally, remember that the camera hates low temperatures (12 degrees or less)so keep it in your trouser pocket between flights...

    cw

  • TOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!! Great vid!
