Phil Collins based his 1988 hit single "Two Hearts" on the theme tune to this game. The story goes that Collins was an avid fan and attempted to recreate some of the stunts from the game on the set of the movie "Buster". Suffering a fractured metatarsal in a collision with a baker, Collins was rushed to hospital where he later penned the tune on hearing news of the world's first ever sucessful heart transplant. He is regularly accompanied onstage by the bike during live performances of the song.

Master System version was okay, obviously due to its limitiations it wasn't anything like the arcade version but at least I can play it, unlike the Commodore 64 version.

Yeah it's always been one of my favourite tunes and I always loved this game in the arcades, if only I would get past the second stage though.

trust me man ... if you thought stage 2 was tough, stage 3 was next to IMPOSSIBLE ... you had the jumps and turns at the same time, and to top it all off you had water on BOTH SIDES of the track ... shockingly stage 4 was easier than stage 2 or 3 combined.

Got to stage three and you are right, I was actually thinking I should have stayed on stage 2 and forget about trying to pass it.

the only time i ever made it to stage 4 i was able to make it to stage 5 ... go figure...
