The Bruno fight was just under a year before Douglas ko Tyson in Japan in Feb 1990. Tyson was jailed in 1992 and released in 1995.

Frank Bruno fought Tyson TWICE, their first meeting was in 1989 and Bruno staggered Tyson early the way no one else had before and did it by standing up to Tyson, Douglas used a similar style to beat Tyson. Because nobody ever mention the fact that Tyson came back to fight Bruno after a pretty long lay off,

& before that fight, he had a whole lot of crazy tormoil in his life in 1988.

from Street fighting with MITCH GREEN & braking his hands, Stressed out troubles with Robin Givens, Crashing his car & gettin KO'd from the accident, & various other situations he had..

yet, in 1989, Tyson still fought a very tough bigger Bruno, & still beat him
