I guess what those lights in the sky might be...? According on Bob Lazar's theory inside the saucer, somewhere in the middle, something like nuclear reactor (antimatter reactor) is located. When saucer stays is in action, the walls of it becomes translucent. May be that thing that inside of it stays visible? I saw another video, where the saucer appears and disappears, and only dot inside of it stays visible.
