My those dead rest in peace and to those who survived, I wish them a very speedy recovery.

I think it is important for Uganda, and Africa to address the population issue but Museveni to the bewilderment of rational people, thinks that there are not enough people in the country.

With a population that went from 4 million to 31 million in 60 years, and the overwhelming majority failing to receive clean water and electricity, why not try to deal with the current population first.

@Nuanceqwest I saw this happen in El salvador where mudslides regulary ( really quite often ) kill up to 1000 at once and we don't even hear from it.This is awful.

where do we find money to build a strong brige and a road.
