WELL... traditionally nieces would be wed to their uncles under certain circumstances. Plus, Gods don't need to worry about deformed children etc. Plus, the Greek gods didn't have a proper family unit. They're more like a bunch of different people who just happen to be related... it's not like they have family reuinions or anything. They're gods, human rules don't apply.
