for people who aren't aware, making the water "realistic" would take a very, very, very long time to make/render. I think it looks fine as it is.

Nice (better than I could do) , but it looks like a model and the wave looks unrealistic. Plus a wave like that wold wash away the trees and take off the bottom of the lighthouse, which would obviously destroy the rest of it.

The scene itself looks awesome. Love the setup, the models, and the textures, and the colours in the scene. But the water doesn't look realistic, at least for this scale. It looks more like a miniature.
