  • i wonder if this GMC is better than land cruiser?? by the way its a nice video thanks for uploading,5 stars.

  • hey i have a 2002 chevy trailblazer, where do i even look to get it lifted? All i seem to find are leveling lifts. Is that going to even make a difference?

  • my buddy has a 2004 gmc envoy, just put in a 2 1/2 spacer lift...

... does anyone now how big of a tire can fit?? any uswful websites that say?

    anyone out there please help..

p.s. awesome truck and video, i hope my buddy can share in the adventures as soon as we figure this out :)

  • Anyone done a SAS yet?

Where's that vid thats from in the vehicle out on the west side of that area? It's sped up and has som goofy techno music. Thanks.

  • my Envoy cant do that its to big its an XUV not SUV and XLT and mine the roof can come off

  • I have an 03 Envoy 4x4 and u said that the G80 in the glovebox meant it had the Eaton locker option?

  • That's the code. If you have it, it's a useful 4X4. Without it, you need to stick to places with all four tires on the ground.

  • Isn't the traction control system enough...why the need for an extra measure of the rear lockers by GM? Just wondering. BTW, I think traction control is the best invention in 4x4 tech since the Torsen, limited slips, and diff locks.

  • 2002-2005 didn't have Stabilitrac as an option, and the true locker works more efficiently, without brakes. Mine is a 2004.

  • @Trailvoy : Good point. I have yet to see a hard core rock crawler use traction control in place of lockers. But for all-around performance, traction control is definitely the way to go, especially since you'd also get the benefit of stability control on-road.

  • Ive seen a few of your videos, strong work. With such heavy duty, for a TB, off roading what have you broken as far as power train. You dont seem to be using this as GM inteded, yet your rig still seems to be working alright.

  • LOL! I'm an engineer, and very careful to not overtorque the locker or the front CV shafts. So far, nothing's ever broken. But I carry a front wheel hub/bearing assembly, and two CV shafts (and the tools to change them on the trail) as spares. I also worry about the tie rods, but I get out and look a lot on rocky trails to avoid surprises. I don't just point it uphill and give it the gas like others do who break things. Good question!

  • did you put a locker in that because mine would never climb that as soon as one wheel comes off the ground mine stops

  • It came with the factory automatic Eaton locker option - code G80 in the glovebox. About $250 when put in at the factory, about $1000 to add later. After three years of searching, nobody makes an aftermarket front locker for our unique 7.25" front differential.

  • wow i didnt know that thing climbs cool video keep it up
