  • Too bad he'd have better luck pulling in reverse. If the trucks a 4x4. Using the weight of the engine over the front tires for traction.

  • The first minute was pretty embarrassing. I have to say...

  • lol at everyone's comments. a tractor really. I'm not a dodge fan but a cummins is a mule. only reason he's having problems is tired but it still gets the job done. stop bitching about people's vids. if you don't like it don't watch it. you make your self look like a retard

  • cool truck, but i think you either need a tractor or lower gears, more weight, and good tires.

  • think you need tires

  • 4x4 or stay home

  • Your truck makes up for what you lack in size.

  • He could have used a few more cow bells and chrome balls on the bumper, more weight on the back would have went a long way.

  • did any of you idiots think he is logging?

  • i would do the same thing :)

  • go buy a set of tires then make a new video

  • Set of tire chains would have paid for themselves in fuel. Love that Cummins' roar tho!

  • No grip man lol that dude keeps laughing like a little school girl. Dont get out much?

  • i wana big truck so i can do stupid shit like this ahha

  • would not have that problem with a duramax

  • manly

  • 100,000th view!!!!!!!!!!

  • Better stop before tranny falls out.

  • man that things got some nice power, wonder how well my chevy 6.5L turbo diesel would do

  • lol looks like a blast. anyone who has ever done manual labor can tell you every once in a while you do something really stupid just for the fun of it. so stop bitching about it because they knew it was stupid too

  • @johnnyboy922 Well suppose we gotta have stupid labourers to equal out the stupid bankers, so I suppose that the balance restored.

  • put some more grippie mud terrain tyres and it ight be able to put its power down or buy a landrover

  • 1. I think he's having a little too much fun.

    2. Who needs a tiller with this guy around?

  • for a dually that appears to be stock on stock all terrains with no weight in the bed that truck is a beast cummins power

  • @MrJesseh44 ur just afraid to have a little fun

  • i hate that guys laugh....

  • This happens to be my truck. I haven't posted on here yet but I'm tired of reading a bunch of dumb ass comments so let me brake it down for you. First off the truck is built and it is 650 horse just because it's not smoking like a freight train dosent mean its not got power a truck with the right amount of fuel and boost won't smoke like hell because it's efficient. Second of all it has 33x12.50 mud tires problem is that it was up a pretty steep hill as well as it was muddy as shit. Now that th

  • @DUALLYSMOKE - I really woudn't go into such a detailed story as that, not for the sake of a thousand pound tree trunk that eight men could pick up and walk out of there. My old 1974 powerwagon would walk right out of there, never getting over 1500-rpm on the 440, in 4-lo-loc...and that poor thing has almost 300,000 miles on it.

  • Better tires might be nice

  • idk what is so funny about a truck pulling a tree that guy that is recording must be crazy!

  • o yea thats right..........ITS A CUMMINS 5.9. ive pulled trucks outa boggs, hauled elk outa black forests and pulled horse trailers on the highway and into the middle of nowhere with my 2002 (no dualy) and am stuck at 9's on the odometer. maybey you need to take better care of your truck rigjockey........... just a suggestion, but oil changes are a start

  • Invest in some tire chains.

  • do you have parkinsins in your foot or something just push the gas down stop twitching

  • That's wat pos dodge power buys you

  • No smoke=its broke get a chip an better tires try again

  • The camera man is the funniest part

  • a toyota tundra would have pulled that right out

  • @sublimedward no offence but thats bull shit now an american truck would have but dodge is mexican

  • @Joshis1four it was a sarcastic joke and dodge is not mexican, im sure there is some of the vehicles made in mexico but most sold in the us are made here just as gm and ford but that dont make dodge mexican.. i Drive a 2001 lb7 2500hd 4x4 x cab long bed with a duramax and far from stock

  • Yall need a ford

  • @joshmarauder aint that the truth

  • @joshmarauder What they really need is new tires

  • You sure as shit don't know nothing about moving logs. Have no trouble with my ''97 or '99 Ram dually trucks pulling anything.

  • Comment removed

  • @Engle0072 working both sets of balls off. Haha it has dual truck nuts. Lmao

  • They make these really cool things called tractors you should look into it still a cool truck working its balls off

  • Buy a chainsaw.

  • MrJesseh44 if these guys are planning on selling these logs to a lumber yard they need to be to a specific length so they might not have been able to cut it... and people these days have forgot what trucks are for they think they are just a big vehicle to look fancy in with their chrome cruising through town well thats wrong get an suv. trucks are for pulling hauling and working their ass of so we don't have to they are around to make our jobs easier

  • too funny. all the comments are funny as well. it's a pickup not a Porsche! this is what trucks are for...doing shit! stupid comments from silly city boys.

  • wrong tool for the job

  • lol wie dumm man sein kann -.-

  • i so hope he breaks his chassis and rips the engine from the mounts learn to drive or stay out of a car

  • Needs tires

  • that was a waste, but if u are goin to do that u need some tire.

  • It's a truck people, you don't gotta baby em. shit breaks, fix it. don't be babies with em. yeah its a beautiful truck but it'll last.

  • Hey man, careful with my lawn!

  • Well that was a waste of $100 worth of fuel, They make chainsaws for a reason.

  • @MrJesseh44 too bad its diesel. which btw, gets better mpg than gasoline.

  • @MrJesseh44 looks like someone should have brought a CHAINSAW!!!!!!!!!!

  • @MrJesseh44 chainsaws cant pull logs.

  • @MrJesseh44 no need for a chaisaw! if you don`t have proper tyres on your truck you can try pulling that log all day long with no result! :P

  • @MrJesseh44

Not near as fun with a chainsaw bro.

  • @MrJesseh44

ah so you use chainsaws to move big fucking logs around?

  • @MrJesseh44 and when you dont have one handy, they make a cummins for that.

  • I think he need some better tires...

  • or less wet

  • You no that show dumbest criminals I think they're trying to make a new series this is what gives rednecks and hilljacks a bad name

  • hey look at lawn yard

  • they make tools to make the item smaller, just saying

  • @mizix2001 Correct me if im wrong, but I think its a chainsaw right?

  • @rebelsik I completely agree. I was just about to say something along those lines but then I read your comment. You buy a truck to do the stuff that you and an ordinary car CAN'T do..

  • Should of bought a FORD!

  • Someone needs 4 wheel drive lol

  • @PAEtruckdriver it is 4 wheel drive, you can see the front wheel spin a couple of times

  • the whole issue in this video is that the dodge cant grab traction to save its life. might i suggest some mude tires...

  • The log is irrelevant......He is having trouble taking the slack out of the rope. LOL

  • seems like hes having more trouble getting out of the mud then anything

  • just needs new tires.

  • wow my bronco would have pulled that out no problem

  • that log was tinny

  • and cummins owners wonder why their trannies are gone at 100k

  • Did a 2011 f150 ecoboost pull like 10 or 20 of those logs, wow Ram SUCKS

  • i think my honda rancher could tow that.

  • Isn't there a special tool for this? A plate which is placed under the log's nose. Prevents the log digging into ground. Dunno what it is called.

  • @bomppu Plus you could bend an old piece of metal into a sled

  • If it was a ford it would not have wort

  • Your lucky you didn't burn up your transmission doing that!

Save your truck and rent a doser next time....

  • Before this he probably thought his truck was badass..

  • honestly if you had better tires and bubbas rope it wouldve came out easy

  • Awesome rattle trap!! Love it.

Glad I'm not sawing those muddy logs... Those will have to be cleaned.

Couldn't you wait until it was dry?

What are using, racing slicks? LOL

    And stop laughing please cameraman.

That was not much of a pull because a Toyota 4 runner could have done the same pull if it was dry. Those logs only way between 500 and 700 pounds. Not knocking your Dodge though!! I'm a believer in "GUTS GLORY RAM"

Next time, wait until it's dry.

  • wtf are the cow bells on the back bumper for? i know people put the in the front so the don't hit big rock's when they are out wheeling but the back??? :/

  • Found your problem... its a dodge..

  • @rigjockey423 very true, and i didn't figure you did. just seen the thumbnail in that did so i said it lol. and yea whenever possible the right tools are best

  • i am sorry to say may the dually gods smite you for your abuse of such a beautiful truck. i happen to own one almost identical to yours mine is an 01 yes she is a 4x4 and mostly a highway hauler but i am willing to bet i will get a million out of mine where as your may go to a million but will most likely fall apart from abuse. For shame.

  • @rigjockey423 they are trucks, not show cars. they are suppose to get dirty, this is definitelynot abuse

  • @thehondafoxrider to each their own as far as the definition of driver abuseas a mechanic and a truck driver I know a little bit about what driver abuse is. anyone who has working around logging of any type would use the proper machine to do that job, i suspect the proper machine is on site in this video as there is a a tractor bucket sitting on the ground.my "show truck is a 2001 dodge dually with a cummins and 4x4 it has been from one end of canada to the other and most of

  • @thehondafoxrider that was pulling a camper over the rocky mountains and the funny thing is my 2001 still starts runs and drives like it was brand new. just my opinion but when i see things like this it tends make me a little sad . true the truck could rip a house off its foundation but why push that hard if you do not have too?

  • @rigjockey423 we own a couple trucks, work ones and our daily drivers... but they have all pulled 20,000 lb. trailers at some point or another, or use to pull semis in mud, ect. but as long as you dont do it that much then it's alright, (and i dont think he does it much cause if you look at thoses tires hes not gonna go through much on them). all of our trucks still start and run great, we take very good care of them. but they do get dirty cause they are meant to.

  • @rigjockey423 and he probably did have the right machine, but someone else could have been using it, or it was broken down or something. now if you want some real abuse look at "extreme wood hauling with my truck" in the related videos lol, that is most definatly abuse :p

  • @thehondafoxrider fair enoughbut i did not go looking instances of driver abuse i clicked on the video because of the image of a truck like mine so i was curious. and because we on youtube can voice our opinions as such i felt the need to voice mine.I invite all comments on my videos as well.one thing you will not find is videos of me trying to prove that my cummins can do what his does.i know it could but i belive in using the right tool for the job whenever possible.

  • @rigjockey423 Is this not what we buy trucks for? To use them? To each their own and the constitution provides everyone with their rights and civil liberties, but it really grates on my nerves when people buy a $55-$60k 4x4 dually diesel and use it as a mall crawler. It should be considered vehicular abuse and neglet. The most it ever hauls in its life is a crew-cab full of fat chicks.

  • @rebelsike to each thier own and agree with you on people that buy a diesel dually to go to the mall when i bought mine it had and still has a purpoese and more to come. she has earned her keep more than enough without blatant abuse.that is what bothered me about this video.i own a rig that is almost identical to this truck and i happen to really like my truck thus i was not impressed with this video.but oh well to each thier own.

  • I commend him for getting the job done, nothing worse than a guy with a truck whos afraid to scratch the paint or put a few abusive mines on her. If it breaks, fix it, it'll last just as long just might need a few more parts along the way.

  • @rigjockey423 trucks are made for work. if all you wanna do is pussyfoot around on pavement, get a car. or a ford truck.

  • @tyb678 as i said there is a difference between working a truck and abusing a truck trust me i have seen many examples of both.i notice though here on you tube the ones who seem to always be saying oh this is what trucks are for do not seem to have thier own trucks on video on youtube doing the same stuff. I have some video of my dually and my big rig as well.but i guess because i actually own one and look after it all i want to do is pussyfoot around?

  • @tyb678 from the previous post when you have 30 grand tied up in a truck you tend not to beat the fuck out of it unless that was your sole purpose. mine is a daily driver/ hauler and has been from one end of canada to the other. where has your rig been?

  • THE truth of the matter is the log weight was more than the weight of the truck! Da... in combination of dragging the log in wet muddy area. There is no way this would be efficient in doing so?

The girl laughing at the this helped all the brain dead people like this video?

So what did we learn from this? This truck or any truck in the same case would do the same thing.

This is why we have tractors suited for this job. They are ridged & low geared & huge tires.

  • @JUSTTHETRUTHTV My guess is...you are not a logger? Even if that log had a diameter at both ends of 48in. and was 15ft. long it would still be shy of that trucks weight. Steel weighs much more than wood. The problem is the truck doesn't have proper tires. I use to skid with my 1/2 ton 79 Bronco when my tractor was down. With some decent tires I use to pull logs bigger than this with the tops still on them up wet hills. Low range and good tires and my Bronco could pull anything.

  • if only the girls would stop giggling

  • tires tires tires, by now u prob already blew the motor, so u dont need any

  • 4x4 low range?

  • that first part has happened to my camaro a few times

  • just another SAD video. Sorry Ass Dodge

  • i think this truck is used to an 'all show' type of lifestyle.

  • damn, traction fail.

  • my 3/4 ton cummins would have pulled that a hell of a lot easier

  • Looks like you dumbasses never cut wood before

  • a puta risa que caga

  • truck has 2 sets of nuts! wtf?

  • @NutStretcher One is a cowbell

  • I dont have my driverslicense yet and i would drive that truck better then you do it...

  • is it tied to a gooseneck hitch? are you even using 4x4 in that? dont tie to your gooseneck and use your damn 4wheel drive

  • My chevy would have done a better job lol. and no this is not a ford dodge chevy agument its because i got good tires lol.

  • if u rig it close to the log it wount carve into the ground

  • Nice smokers cough buddy.

  • Are you doing that to pack rocks and dirt into the bark to dull all your blades?Cus thats all your doing.

  • GET A FUCKING CHAINSAW, CUT THE LOG UP, AND LOAD IT IN THE BED.

  • @tec41 idk if you are familiar with how saw mills cut logs but short logs aint worth the powder to blow it to hell

  • sounds so gooood!!!

  • be better if it was a 6 or 5 speed better for pulling that shit

  • lol just revin the snot out of her

  • i love how he says there it goes but it wasn't moving

  • just dumb

  • well u can tell the guy in the background has been smokin some crazy shit.

  • POOR TRUCK, WOW SOME PPLS KIDS

  • The powers there just no where to put it

  • Can't beat a cummins 😝

  • Coome on just let the Chevy do the big boy work next time... Lol but good video still:)

  • A bit of advice? New tires, and pick a direction too. Try a fetching arch or skid plate hooked to chains.

  • Umm new tires maybe ?

Ps: you drive like a 7 year old.....

  • why is he laughing?

  • @omaxx12 You wouldn't laugh if you saw a big truck like that floating around in the mud?

  • @Magnuspire if it was literally floating then yes. but all its doin is pulling a log. i dont see why hes laughin so hysterically

  • try low range maybe?

  • there ya go let that cummins pull that big log lol engine sounds good with the dual stacks too lol

  • pffft my tercel wagon has moved larger

  • ol barney never fails

  • the guy laughing in the backround is the funniest

  • ive pulled bigger logs with my 4 wheeler

  • you did good job boy, even more at the end when you hit the log.. danmmm you make me laugh !!

  • truck's sound is pretty nice !

  • with to days fuel prices you'll lose money trying to pull it out that way. as stated by other get some tires

  • my ranger could pull that out damn buy some tires!

  • is that a 5 or 6sp trans ? does he wanna sell it?

  • my sportsman 800 would pull that

  • Get some damn tires.

  • That is the funniest thing ive seen all year too ...not...whys he laffin so much? reminds me of that tobacco chewin sheriff out of the James Bond movie......''youre not gonna do what i think youre gonna do are ya booooooy'....yep...need better tyres if youre gonna play in the dirt ...

  • lol at first I thought u were pulling the logs but no you just stuck in some dirt.

  • A duramax with a banks could have done it no problem

  • @250ArcticCat get stuck? i agree.

  • @250ArcticCat dont think so

  • @250ArcticCat if it had the same tires that that truck had on it it would do the same thing... it would be easy for any of the diesel groups to pull that log with decent tires...beside the 6.0 it might break..

  • @250ArcticCat yeah right. im a cummins guy but ford is for towing and pulling

  • need some good tires you wouldn't even know that log was there ...... cummins!

  • real sad that the cummins was put in that turd

  • Problem: Big ass tree log. Solution: Chain saw. :-)

  • add sum tires to it it might pull better

  • dieing pigs laughing

  • you are a animal with a cummins taking that long to take it out??? pls just buy a for 350 i have a cummins 94 i dig out a semitrailer stuck in 3 ft of snow withou touching the gas !!! jajaja

  • you could save your lawn by cutting that log in half...just sayin, sweet vid though run that cummins!!

  • you need to get some handkook mts. they make cummins unstoppable

  • nice truck but idiot driver and get some damn tires

  • man that thing woud get stuck on a snow ball

  • Nice truck but the driver failed! needs tires and the point of mashin
