I understand and support his decision, but hearing an Attorney General say I'm not an expert on Immigration Law but I'll look into it is either refreshingly honest or distressingly naive.

I'm still rooting for the refreshingly honest.

Actually, this is a ~tad~ disturbing. Holder appears not to have thought about it. I'd like to think that if he hadn't, someone close to him would have, and would have briefed him.
