Ok, so the other day my band teacher tells us that there's a football game the day after thanksgiving, and that we are playing at it, and if we were out of town that day that we didn't have to go. I told her that I would be out of town, and she said that was okay and asked where I was going. I panicked and said Kokomo, a place that I could get to fast and take it slow. Now guess where I'm going the day after Thanksgiving.

My wife and I actually saw the Beach Boys in late 88 I t think it was. Kokomo was number 1 on the charts,. We were at a company retreat in Bermuda and the Boys were our entertainment. it was pretty neat. We got to hang around them for a couple of days and a couple of the group members and some of their dancers sat behind us on the charter home. Pretty cool experience.
