The GOP is the only one that HAS the heart.  It's heartless to keep this provision in AND deny mammogram coverage under Obamacare.

ERISA does not cover group health plans established or maintained by governmental entities.

If the congressman is looking to amend ERISA to reduce the immunity currently held by insurance companies, he's got my full support.

But he's a republican, and they've shown themselves to be pretty untrustworthy when it comes to health care reform. So it would be an understatement to say that I take his amendment with huge grains of salt.

Too bad that this bill which contains provisions like this, and denying mammogram coverage, was written COMPLETELY by DEMOCRATS. And not even the GOOD ones like Lieberman. WHICH party is untrustworthy???
