They had "Sonic Sour Cream" flavoured Doritos back in around 2001 but were discontinued in a year or so. I was hooked on those things along with Salt & Vinegar Hickory Sticks!.

I remember these well from when I was a kid and early teen. I have contacted Frito Lay several times trying to get a response to bringing them back but all I get is the same corporate canned letter then send everyone else. WAKE UP Frito Lay! These would do better nowadays then most of your wierd new flavors!

Ohhh yes...they existed and if you love sour cream and onion, these things were heaven!! They recently brought back Taco flavor in the original bag (minus the see-through window in the bag), maybe they will bring these back next. These were unbelievably delicious. The more calls frito lay gets, the better the chances if their return. Call them at 1-800-352-4477!!!

I didn't know these existed. I still remember when the Cool Ranch were introduced, other flavors have come and gone since, but I always thought that it was just nacho cheese flavor until the cool ranch came along in the 80s.
