It's not about clothes to her, it's about the art of the clothing. She doesn't do it for attention, she does it for the purpose of art and being WHO SHE REALLY IS, and I have more respect for her for that reason alone then I've ever had for any other artist. She can sing, shes a real person, and she is changing music as we know it.
