i like how you explain what you do...not how to do it...like you say "compress" "pull up" "level out" instead of "bend your legs, move your center of gravity slightly farther back from riding position.(this gets you ready to pull up the front tire while keeping your arms relaxed). once lent back push off with your legs to essentially make yourself lighter. bring your legs up towards you and slightly push the bike forwards in the air (this levels you out). you want to land back tire first
