I think the fact that they keep their game face on and the narrator and cameramen etc. ignore it is a sign of professionalism- the fact that I notice, freak out, and have to laugh is my own childishness
Does the jumping matter all that much to the effectiveness of this pose? Just wondering. I have a bad knee and I'm afraid of blowing it out after working it that much.
Jumping it the traditional Form . Yoga is about knowing your own body and yes it is fine to step out on this . Even if you do not have a bad knee. If your not high in energy on the day . Just step out . You will find the knee improves over time with regular yoga practice.
