yes it does woks vary well it works beter with some one riding on it otherwise it feels tipsy on sharp corners.

thanks alot im using your idea but where your stand is inside old bike frame im puting a smal hole so i can put a pole with a flat end so i can insert bolt in hole then welding for support and on other end of pole im gonna weld the old handle bars so you can hold on but without them being able to turn(you can still do that just need to drill a hole)
