watch the video of agent rybaka running along side the limo as its leaving love field (the person who ordered him away from the limo was not jfk ,it was the same man who ordered the agents not to move during the shooting) he would have ran along side the limo for a bit and then got on to the rear of the limo and another agent would have done likewise on the left side of the limo. those two agents standing on the rear of the limo would have prevented the assassination,so they had to go.

Where's the ammo clip ?? Without a clip you have to reload after each shot. Sylvia Meagher searched every FBI, SS, & DPD inventory and could not find a reference to an ammo clip. None is seen here as they pick up the rifle. The back yard photo of LHO doesn't show a clip.

Funnily enough, Oswald's prints were not alleged to be 'found' on the rifle until after he was safely dead.

The prints were not reported immediately or ever photographed on the rifle.

FBI Agent Latona did not find those prints - or ANY evidence the rifle was processed for prints.

The prints were taken with by Lt. Day of the DPD. Adhesive was applied to the rifle and the prints were lifted from the barrel. This removed the prints from the weapon but the irregularities of the metal barrel were reproduced in the prints which proves that they could only have been created if Oswald handled the rifle.

Lt Day only came up with his 'palm print' after Oswald was dead.

The chain of evidence is clear cut. The prints were found on a portion of the barrel which when assembled was covered by the wooden grip.

No prints were found on other parts of the rifle which is common in many criminal investigations - smudging of prints occurs because the suspect grips the weapon tight, the surface of often oily and the jolt from firing the weapon is another contributing factor.

Day said nothing to anyone about lifting prints when surrendering rifle to FBI.

FBI did not find these alleged prints or evidence barrel was even processed for prints.

You are pulling "manufactured" out of thin air. If Day manufactured evidence it must have been with the knowledge of the DPD, the FBI, SS, CIA, the Warren Commission committee and staff and investigators and the mass media. Thousands of people must have been involved to pull off any conspiracy with teams of riflemen and the direct complicity of government agencies.

Lt Day lifted the palm print on 22Nov and the lift card indicates that date. He turned the rifle over to the FBI before he completed processing everything. The FBI couldn't find the palm print because Day had so completely lifted it. Eventually ALL the evidence was handed over to the FBI, that's when the palm print card was also handed over. What's the big deal? Why would you assume anything sinister was up? Why would Day want to do something like frame Oswald?

Wrong! Detective Day claimed (and testified) to have found all the prints that were entered into evidence on November 22nd - the evening of the assassination. When they became public knowledge is another matter. True, the FBI could not find the palm print but, in all likelihood, that is because Day already lifted it.

Let me put is simply. I believe the 3 officers who signed affidavits claiming the found a German Mauser were right. I've seen a Mauser & a Carcano. You can't mistake the two. "Oswalds" rifle officially showed up 9 or 10 hours later. They didn't say they found the palm print until AFTER Oswald was dead and the took full hand prints at the morgue.

First of all, the Mannlicher-Carcano looks much like the Mauser. Plus, the name, "Mauser" is much better known. All three off these officers later said that they just THOUGHT it looked like a Mauser.

The Alyea film, showing the discovery of the rifle, clearly shows that it is a Mannlicher-Carcano, not a Mauser.

Oswald's rifle did not show up later. It was photographed and filmed being taken out of the Depository.

As for the Carcano being filmed, the guy who made the film said they went back that evening to "reenact" the finding of the rifle. What cave do you live in anyway ??? I would love to read the testimony of the officers had they testified in court AND been subject to cross examination. As for them being conspirators only a serious and proper investigation would answer that question. Unfortunately, J Edgar Hoover order Curry to turn over ALL material relating to OSWALDS assassination of the president to the FBI & Hoover ordered his agents to pursue only those leads relating to Oswald. A travesty of justice IMHO.

Also, Mark Lane and others have referred to Deputy Seymour Weitzman having said "that looks like a Mauser". When the rifle was found. Capt Fritz turned it over & engraved on the side was Mauser, made German 7.65 Cal.

Why Agents Hill & Rybka were called from their protective positions just as the limo left Love Field. Rybka stated in 7 years of Presidential Security detail he had NEVER been called off his position. Not a single piece of evidence in the case against LHO stands up to close scrutiny. The whole case is suspect IMO.

Are you alleging that the DPD planted Oswald's prints? Then Lt. Day must have been involved in such a scenario. If then Day would have had to know there were was a conspiracy, that there were other shooters presumeably a shooter in the grassy knoll etc etc etc. Not only Day maybe? The entire DPD including the police chiefs? The investigators in Tippet's murder? The Secret Service? The FBI? The entire US government?

Why has nobody talked in 45 years? It stretches credibility to say the least.
