  • what flavor did you use for the cupcakes?

  • @webkinzrock4ever1

    Possibly devils food or chocolate

  • It's weird she didn't use her spatula

  • @vanessa1ashley well...ganache is usally very milky (when freshly made) and its texture isnt as thick as a frosting that she usually uses to coat her cupcakes with...plus using a spoon just gives it a differant affect.

  • my stomach is hungryyyyyy

  • i would just have the chocolate Ganache and leave the cake :D

  • Comment removed

  • I had two dreams on two consecutive nights about eating cake, I think I should bake one...

  • I made these for my familey and they turned out AMAZING! I am a celiac and am only 11 years old so you have to understand it means so much to me that you create gluten free products that I can use in recipes like these! My family has requested these for Thanksgiving, and the one thing I really wanted to say was thank you. I LOVE BETTY CROCKER!

  • She overfilled that cupcake on purpose.

  • so, could you make white chocolate ganache?

  • can you use raspberry cordial instead of the liquir

  • are those muffin?

  • yum yum yum

  • Nice

  • Instead of raspberry jam,can I use other flavour jam too?

  • My grocery store only carries up to Whipping Cream, there's no heavy cream. Is it fine if I substitute heavy cream for whipping cream? Or will it effect the glaze?

  • Oh my gawd! who eats them after you're done filming :o

  • I have a question, can you put the cupcakes in the fridge so that they can last to the next day or does the ganache require that you eat them right away?

And if you can out them in the fridge, does the ganache harden because of the chocolate when it gets cold, or not because of the cream?

It would be great if you could anwser quick :-)

    thanks!

    xoxo

  • i just want some now i wish i could eat all of her cupcakes

  • ugh i want some right now.............

  • thank you!!

  • can i use chocolate candy bars on the ganache?

  • @lalainebucat Chocolate candy bars can be used to make the ganache, however, consider the following info when picking what kind of candy bar you want to use. The most common chocolate used for ganache is dark chocolate which has less cocoa butter than milk chocolate. Milk chocolate also contains milk solids making them lighter and softer so adjust the ganache by adding less cream when using milk chocolate. Hope this helps. Happy baking!

  • @BettyCrockerTV can you replase the rasberry with anyother flavor ?

  • @prettygurlnani66 They already answered that. Yes, you can.

  • @lalainebucat yep

  • Looks so nice and pretty easy to make.

  • theyre so cute!

  • you look like a pig.please 4give me God!!!!

  • can i use a different filling such as a choclate jam or something like that ?

  • @coolioatreyi Sure! You can fill these little mini chocolate cups with any flavor jam you would like. You could also use something like a Nutella as well. We bet that would be delicious. Let us know what you end up doing. Sincerely, Cate

  • @BettyCrockerTV i made it with nutella

    DOUBLE CHOCOLATE !!!!!!!!!!

  • @coolioatreyi Nom! :)

  • @coolioatreyi u mean triple chocolate. chocolate cake, nutella, and chocolate ganache. GOSH im so jealous :)

  • @coolioatreyi i did too but they turned out to rich

  • Instead of raspberrys can you use strawberrys and strawberry jam?

  • Can I use strawberry jam

  • @WaterSports1011 Yes, It will tast a little diffrent. Make sure its jam not jelly

  • Looks good... But I HATE raspberries!

  • i like the idea:)

  • Can I use whipping cream?

  • @JasmineYu04 Heavy Cream has a higher fat content (36-40% fat) than whipping cream (30-36% fat). Both will double when you beat with a hand mixer. The higher fat content helps in a cream sauce or a creamy soup to prevent curdling, making the mixture more tolerant to heat. If a recipe calls for ‘heavy whipping cream’, I would play it safe and use it. But, if a recipe calls for ‘whipping cream’ you can use either.

  • im imagining myself making the chocolate.. skipping the muffins and eating straight out of the bowl :D... jummmm..

  • Is there a difference between mini cakes and cupcakes?

  • @autumnminks The only difference is in the number of servings – you get 60 mini cakes from the recipe vs 24 cupcakes from one cake mix. Happy Baking! Sincerely, Cate

  • @autumnminks no theres no difference i think

  • Do you have to use cream for the chocolate? Or can u use just reg milk?

  • @sarce97 Milk should work as a substitute but better to use 2% or whole milk. Skim could curdle when heated.

  • hei love youre video. how much is a cup? im from europe so we dont use cups

  • Looks soooooo good!

  • Can it be another fruit on top instead of raspberry??

  • @iluvpiggys33 For sure! Let us know how they turn out. :) Sincerely, Cate

  • i made these out of scratch and they looked so pretty...i used strawberries on top though :)

  • where do you get the cream and the chocolate?

  • @amethyst123451

i got the bakers chocolate and whipping cream at food 4 less (california, USA)

  • I love this web site....but they never give the amounts of ingredients u need to bake the recipes...am I missing them somewhere?

  • @pamarsh1 We added a direct link in the description above. Sincerely, Cate

  • Raspberry liquer! NAUGHTY! ;) your cupcakes look adorable xxxxx

  • did you used 100% dark chocolate? is 70% dark chocolate enough for the cupcake? i dun neither wan it to be too sweet nor wan it to be too bitter.

  • @charmaineskl The Kitchen said: Use 70% or less, more likely around 54% dark. We have used used dark chocolate chips and regular semisweet chocolate chips for ganache fillings. Happy baking!

  • Hi does it have to be raspberry can it be strawberry cus I HATE radberries

  • @AngelWebby10 For sure. :)

  • she says liquoor LOL

  • @AmyNguyenful Of course! If you don’t like raspberries than you can switch it up for strawberry preserves and a small strawberry slice on top or even blueberry preserves and a small pile of blueberries. Just be sure to pair it with your favorite chocolate and fruit combination!

  • that isnt a mini-cake its a cupcake and its not chocolate ganache its raspberry ganache!

  • hi can i use whipping cream insted of heavy cream and how come you used heavy cream instead of whipping cream other peopl say use whippping cream is there a reason for that? and what is the differene

  • @jenny92504 The different types of cream all have different fat contents. Heavy Cream has a higher fat content (36-40% fat) than whipping cream (30-36% fat).

  • i would love to eat that :P
