@helmuthoorn does this Royal House have any Male Heirs and if a Royal Family doesn`t produce a Male Heir does it mean that The Royal House may not exist for future generations. I`ve always wondered about this.

@laminage, It's the first time since hundreds of years that The Netherlands will have a King instead of a Queen.

We first had Queen Wilhelmina (1880-1962, then we had Queen Juliana (she was the only daughter of Wilhelmina), from 1962-1980 and from 1980 till now we have Queen Beatrix (oldest of 4 daughters of Queen Juliana). Soon we will have a King, cause the Queen Beatrix has 3 sons. So soon we will have King Willem, and after him his daughter princess Amalia.

I remember reading "Anne Frank Remembered" and Miep Gies who helped to hide Anne between 1942-1944 met Queen Beatrix in the 1950's after a Theater Production of The Play "The Diary Of Anne Frank". Also if my memory serves me correctly Anne Frank was a big fan of European Royalty. Am I right about that?
