the idea of the transister being backward enginered from roswell has been debunked. In order to backward engineer a transister, you would need a scanning electron microscope. Which wasnt invented until the 60's. Thus, someone on earth had to originate the idea.

Right. Because such an advance is totally beyond us. We have no clue how they work and couldn't have discovered them ourselves.
It's a simple device, you don't need aliens to make a transistor.
