Would like to share my experience with Baba Ramdev's yoga & medicines.

I was detected with HCM in 2001, have taken his medicines alongwith pranayam for abt 8 months & this has greatly benefitted me.

Will now try his exercises for eyes ( I am 47 & wear 1.25 for reading for the last 1 year); if positive results then shall share with you all.

They say it took them 2 years. The instant or quick method may be surgery, check with an eye surgeon, but there is a higher risk of complications in surgery than in yoga.
