READ THIS........TRON only had 1 identity disk, when he was fighting with the second guard, he obtained the other so he used it to fight against the last two guards and CLU, when he attacked, CLU kicked his ass and then he puts him other identity disk at 1:11 (rinzler identity I guess) ,he is not attacking him otherwise he would have been derezzed.

From the minute 1:13 you can actually hear Rinzler growls, like when he was about to fight Sam

I disagree. I believe that the scene where he looks at both of the discs is meant to represent the choice. We all have a choice to make be it red (evil) or blue (good). Regardless of the consequence, Tron decided to defend Flynn.

Now whether it was Clu's intention to make sure Tron got a red disk to corrupt him, it's hard to say. More than likely, Clu saw how useful Tron could be and assimilated him like all the other programs.

@SumJ23 I believe the notion is that Clu and Flynn are "joined" to the point where the death of one would be fatal to the other. This is probably why Clu doesn't kill Flynn with Quorra's disc during the final confrontation at the portal.

Besides, when you reinstall windows. It runs faster. Most people dont do this because they still need the files. Save the FILEs put it on desk/thumb drive and wipe the fucking computer clean. Depending on motherboard or hard drive. Sometimes alls you need to do is replace hard drive or motherboard (depends).

@Rizakla What's awesome about this piece though is while Rinzler is fighting you can hear the adagio mix in with a bit of Rinzler's theme as you can literally HEAR his transformation go from TRON to Rinzler.

For a techno group like Daft Punk, I thought this showed a great understanding of how the music can make a scene. Considering guys like Danny Elfman and Hans Zimmer were once rock musicians, I'm hoping this movie was a starting point for this group to do more movies.

@JiggIyJello Point of fact is Flynn /DID/ that. It's clearly stated that the more Flynn fought the stronger CLU's hold over the system became. So he decided to take himself out of the equation so CLU would have nothing to mirror.

Besides 100 Trons ends up to be that many Rinzlers... YOu just gave your opponent an army of Overmen.
