Not deprivation, but submission...and understanding that we dont take what the world says...but how beautiful and wonderful and fearful we are and God has made us...and how intimately He loves us....and wants us to know Him intimately And deliverance from those things that have kept us bound up.

WE are not God, and only HE can judge us. According to the ten commandments - the ten most BASIC laws - God says we must not commit adultery. NOW, homosexuality has a MAN-MADE stigma because we associate it with sex, sex, and more sex (and disease). HOWEVER, Not all homosexuals live that lifestyle. I work hard, and as a sexually frustrated guy myself, IT'S OKAY TO LOVE A PERSON OF THE SAME-SEX EXCLUSIVELY. GOD DOESN'T SAY IT IS NOT!
Being gay may seem like a challenge, but IT'S NOT A SIN.

The Bible is God breathed to man. Everything in the Bible has happened and is still happening. It is the oldest written book that has all prophesies fullfilled. Archeologists have found everything in the bible to this and are still finding things in Israel. The Jews are a big part of the bible and what they struggled is in history and is in the bible. Repent and get right with Jesus. God is so Holy and all loving but he can't be around sin. Sin separated you from Him. Give your life to God now.

the path is more different for gay people and harder, but that is what God wants you to work on. That is the test. Loving yourself, accepting it, and not letting it hold you back or push you over the edge. You can still be a good and righteous person without renouncing a major part of yourself. thats the way I see it

I wish u would stop seeing your homosexuality as a crack addiction or a condition that is bad. God chose everything about you before u were born. It is a feature that makes u who you are. U have brown hair, Brown eyes, you are African American, and a woman. You also happen to be gay. Would you cahnge all the other things that make you you? He did not send his son to die for us so that we would be born to carry the "cross" u think gayness is. It is part of humanity, it is normal, and it is ok.

Much respect. When God reveales himself its such a beautiful thing. Its almost like a veil being lifted off of your eyes. Everything we thought we felt we thought we knew mostly about ourselves, to learn that is was all a lie is a scary thing but a relief at the same time. And it's not just with homosexuality. People are getting free from all types of deception all over the world.

ok my question is why does it half to be about homosexuality? why is the label homosexuality in play when it comes to your testimony? it must mean that you felt doubt or wrong about your wants for the same sex. if the change you made was for god it was a self choice your homosexuality is a label and word used to express this change you wanted to make witch to me confuses people who want to change and know god in essence homosexuality had nothing to do with change u made.

What I find interesting about these so-called "ex homosexuals" is that the majority of them didn't realize that they liked the same sex until their early/mid teens. Most gay people know from early childhood that they're attracted to the same sex. I question whether these "ex homosexuals" were actually gay to begin with or at least bisexual. It seems like a choice for them. I want to see some testimonies from people that knew from early childhood that they were attracted to the same sex.

@GenerationalGodSquad i dont believe the over coming part. i do believe that you can have strength to not give in to these physical urges. the love for men & women is something that is put in you. u can ignore 1 but it will always be there. not acting on this love or supressing this love or showing this love through sexual acts is something that ppl equate with "overcoming" homosexuality. so the real question is...can you still feel gay, never act on it...& be considered gay?

God destroyed the bonds of homosexuality from over me and I am walking in a light and peace which I have never known before.
