this just looks like a rendering problem man. if you would have re-rendered it should have been fine

or

i noticed it was just on one clip too so that clips frame rate if you rendered it a couple times for what ever reason maybe testing different render setting and you forgot and the frame rate is off. like i said if you re-render it should be fine.
