@Fringillides It would take for ever for someone to retrace an entire manga book as well, does it means they should get credit for their art while the only thing they did is retrace it? This guy doesn't have to follow a beat since he is simply using the frames of the videoclip, the only thing he has to do is to put his video to probably 24 frames per second, start the music at the same time and voila. How much time it took to shoot doesnt mather, the MAIN animation is not his.

@Kerokittycat Using your logic, people who make AMVs and GIFs shouldn't get any praise since the animation they use isn't their own. More with AMVs, it's like taking an already great animation and turning it into another way people can enjoy whatever series. That's the same here, the makers of this video took the original video and did it in a different media, stop motion and they had a lot of great camera effects and it made it more surreal than the original video

@MiraLeeC Hum, yes, its exactly what i'm saying. There is nothing more annoying than searching for a specific scene of a movie or anime and land on another stupid and pointless AMV. They're nothing more than putting a bunch of scene together to a music in Windows Movie Maker, search for typography, at least *these* guys are being creative with the music or soundtrack they're using. IF you think this video is better than the original... You prove and strengthen my opinion.

assuming he took 10 seconds to print all, that would be another 18

After that, supposedly he takes 5 seconds to take each picture. Thats another 9

Then, he has to load all the pictures and make them go at this speed

So he would have taken 45 hours at least
