lol think of it this way: your hand is like a resonating chamber, if theres holes, it wont work unless you blow really hard. its just like doing that thing with a bottle where you blow overtop the hole. hope tht helps!

Wow, finally after 4 weeks of practicing at work and home, i got it. I had to watch this like 4 or more times to get it. If it help, the left and right side of your tounge should touch the left and right sides of your lips. Hope that helps!
