I seriously question "the rapture". Death may escape Gods people, but the physical body ends up back in the ground from whence it came. I declare that if a person wants to preserve their physical body, and think a "rapture" will snatch them up is not an accurate interpretaton of Gods word.

Well, if and when the rapture happens, I'm guessing only about 200,000 people out of 6 billion will be saved. Please watch the video on YT Yom Teruah which explains the feast of trumpets and the phrase- no one knows the day is included in the feast. Many Christinas also quote the thief in the night phrase but in context Jesus is speaking there to the deceived church. He says we are not of the night - we will know the season or "MOED" which was our clue- not the day or the hour but certainly the time. The feasts start is not known until announced- just as the bridegroom is waited for then announced.

Terry- as you probably know Jesus fulfilled all the spring feasta literally on the day- Passover, Unleavened bread, He rose on First fruits, Penetcost at Shauvot. What are your views on the fall feasts- rapture at the Feast of trumpets, 2nd coming to Israel on Atonement and the commencing of millienial reign at Tabernacles. These feasts are the agenda fulfilled so far to date. Jesus said we are not of the night that His day would overtake us.

I don't see things improving, why it is only the beginning of 2011 and here in Australia we are already experiencing devastating floods and fires. Crops have been affected, I didn't even imagine that a shortage of food would be because of flooding but has and will do into the near future if not longer depending on what other events take place. I live in Tucson about 4 miles from the shootout that happened on my state representative. It was a warzone, blood everywhere, people trying to both stop the gunman and help the dying people. There was even a man from my church that tried to help a woman shot in the back and legs with her child beneath her. She took the bullets and died for her child. But this isn't what reminded me of the end times. What shocked me was the liberals pointing fingers at christians and rebublicans after. It's sad.

He Also said the last days will be as it was in the Days of Lot. @TheDoglover777 I wouldn't rule out this being prophetic. I've had a number of people email me regarding this. Certainly, we can be tempted to think it is. I would more likely say that this is something that will happen in a greater magnitude during the tribulation period. I do not disagree with andymc2509 that something likes this is an end time occurrence.
