hey iam planning to buy this laptop, but have some questions, is the slot in drive is good? wht you do if he dvd stucks in the slot loading drive? howz dell in their service...
1. my xps 1530 was damaged(motherboard-maybe) two days after i using it..BUT the dell was replaced FULLSET(new laptop,accessories) for me by the fllowing week.
2. next,my keyboard was not working properly, only one key 'T' not function well....they sent an engineer and replaced my keyboard only took 20min...under warranty....is free!

yah it seems to work pretty well, if it gets stuck in the drive then they'd have to send someone out to disassemble the drive to rescue the disc

dell's service is good....trust me...!!!!
