  • Thats a hell of a temperature drop!

how did you fix the coolers down? cos the stock holes differ from the motherboard holes.

if you can let me know, that be wikid

  • @MrGifster i used the orignal x clamps to fix the heatsinks down :) used some bolts too..

  • super overkill. but i like. lol good job!

  • So... Can you explain to me how to get those new heatsinks onto the xbox? What powers the giant fans? My xbox is WAY past warantee and I'm trying to understand and learn what I can do to get her running again.

  • ahh the joy of horrible microsoft engineering..

  • maybe you should upgrade yout tv .

  • @petegrimsby What would the difference in temperature between the chips vs heatsinks readings be? I have sensors that are designed to sit in the gaps of each the cpu and gpu heatsink.

  • Comment removed

  • @Ri1seAgainst ummmm no there is a cpu and a gpu just like any other system....ask anyone that isn't retarded.

  • @Ri1seAgainst Oh. My. God.

  • how did you get the heatsinks to fit can you do a tutorial

  • great job! i like that setting you have ... i am sure you spend a lot of money. the money that microsof did not want to spend on..

  • what is the name of the these LCD temp readers?

  • @lesmat111 XSPC

  • and..... thats gonna be a tight fit for the case dont you think?

  • overkill much

  • Did you just use the xclamps as adapters for the 60x60mm mounting holes or was any other mod necessary?

Seems kinda unstable to me but explains why you didn't use the dell heatsinks.

And what about the stress on the motherboard?

  • Where did you get the temperature monitor from?

  • @CydiaJailBreaks Amazon sell ones identical to them, I have one that is powered by a two fan pin header or an lr44 cell battery.

  • Tell me where you got those temp sensors from.

(i found them somewhere, but i reinstalled windows and last all my bookmarks lol)

  • @dartz315 see the reply I left for CydiaJailBreaks

  • the gpu can only do as much work as the CPU can handle so they stay about the same temp.

  • what is the size of those fans

  • You have alot of red bull cans haha

  • great bit of info for anyone wonting to mod 360 & ps3.

    good job done pete.

    keep it up.

  • much better using it to xbox 360 slim thinking?

  • How did you hook up those thermometers to the xbox 360? What did you use?

  • @gamerkid1177 skip to 6:32 and i explain on the video :)

  • How do you put 2 fans on 1 3-pin slot??? Teach me!!

  • @leonxwerty you dont. solder the fans on the 12v power points under the xbox 360 power plug :)

  • @petegrimsby Can you video about it? Sorry mate,Im not that really pro at all this...

  • Now they are some heat sinks, Im sure the 360 could take off with those things.. lol

  • im sorta lost as to how the vga cooler is mounted, arnt they directly side be side or is that motherboard a lil different

  • Get a hd-dvd case and pack that dvd drive in it with insulation and its silent :P done it for someone before, had great results!!

  • Not a bad idea, actually. That's one mod I'd like to try now.

  • great work but it seemed a waste that u didnt use those cheap dell coolers with a fan

    instead of spending a 100

  • Nice Pete, look forward to seeing it all in the the New case soon

  • ha im not hating but what pisses me off about you - you have great ideas/mods but I feel you dont make enough regular vids man that could also be a reason why u not get many views on ur channel u should do giveaways etc to get the channel noticed anyway love to see an update on the boat!
