It was the democrats who voted for Jim Crow and against civil rights. The real racists are those who think you're not authentically black if you're not on the Left. Ward Connerly is a courageous, sensitive, honest, and decent man.

Collectively, it was SOUTHERN democrats. but a democratic president that signed the civil rights bill. also, those southern dems switched to the repub party after lbj did that. wth do u think the south is now republican as it was democratic in the 60's. hello? read a book. geez
