When you bring 23 thousand gallons to the surface while 2.5 million gallons spew into the Gulf, we're falling behind and Obama certainly doesn't give a rip. Foreign experts could plus those leaks (and the well) with concrete. It would kill the well. So what. Kill it and stop those leaks.
