...an "Inferno Cape." We wanted something that seemed like an upgraded Fire Cape. This one reminds us of an upgraded Obsidian Cape ... The Obsidian Cape is a typical Tzhaar item that can be bought. The Fire Cape is not. The new cape is an upgraded FIRE CAPE. Therefor, we believe it should actually look as such. They should have never released effigies at all it ruins the economy by removing supply & demand that should be there. It ruins the notion of traditional training as you don't have to do anything with the skill in question to achieve massive exp gains daily. It destroys player created features like free runes for running essence. It diminishes effort & encourages laziness. It also diminishes accomplishments good to see the downfall of "effigyscape" but Jagex didn't go far enough.

Jagex, i know you don't take requests, but for you next big update, can you all consentrate on the FPS Issue? I used to be able to play on HD 6 months ago. Now im forced to play with EVERY options off, or on the Lowest, while on safe mode. Since other mods Lag worse, or screw up the screen. Runescape is a fun game to a certian point, and having fun with friends. But i am not wasting 500 dollars on a brand new computer just for Runescape. Who Also agrees with me? Jagex, we know you can fix it.

@nazem200 it's a java issue. And your client crashes when your CPU usage peaks. If you don't have a lot of RAM, your client crashes easier. And sometimes it crashes when the servers are really busy. Hope this helps.

WoW came out in 2004 if your going to compare the games WoW copied the whole idea of an open world computer only MMO. Anyways, of course there would be similarities since Deathwing is a black dragon being melted apart by the Dragon Soul while Tzhaar creatures are black creatures formed of lava and stone.
