you have to keep restarting a level before you kill the last enemy to build up cash.

I maxed out my machine gun and stuck around level 11 until i can buy the flame thrower, after that i still have to stick around to buy cooling, lol

update again since i finally beat the game after 13 hrs... missle launcher is actually pretty good maxed out, but not specifically against bosses. finally upgraded my armor pass lev 2 at stage 130 (lighting boss) and it's actually very useful now. best 4 weapons in my opinion are chainsaw, flamethrower, lightning gun, missile launcher. and at the last 20 or so stages you'll be earning about 24k per stage. redid a 3rd game to test out things and was able to get laser gun within an hour.

update. since youtube didn't let me post that last comment for a two days. at level 101 now. with maxed out axe, laser gun alone a person can get to level 90. with lightning gun to level 110+. the flamethrower is an upgraded version of the laser gun, that along with the axe is the most useful weapons. the missile launcher thing (most expensive item) sucks in my opinion. max out cooling system too so the axe recharges faster and every other weapon won't over heat.

it takes even way to long to gather up at least 10.000 TP

let allone 24.000for the laser gun that i want and aside all that you where even able to collect enough money to buy all the weapons!!? :S

first time around this game would have seemed really hard. never upgrade armor cause that'll get too costly with repairing. it cost me like 250 per repair on my first game. and upgraded armor sucks anyways.

also, you can see that this guy is at stage 86 already. i'm at stage 78 right now on my second time around and this game is a lot easier now. just max out machine gun, rifle, chainsaw, laser gun, and lighting gun. prolly can do without maxing out rifle. just run in circles.
