  • Hi, great squating. Wats the name of the music?

  • @MightyJoeYoung24 Rammstein

  • great squats, only one complaint... try to keep the knees from moving forward over the toes too much.

  • Great Work Jen...Really soon you will be crushing 225 for reps :)

  • Thanks Glendy! I'm getting there, I did 205 x 3 a few weeks ago :)

  • Wait, 7? Ive been on 5/3/1 for 3 months. I dunno were it says seven other than, i guess if this is the easy but big/ accessory part? Love the vids any way, im subing.

  • All of the last sets are max reps, without failure. i.e. 5 +, 3+, 1+ (the numbers are the minimum reps)

    Thanks for the sub!

  • OH oh oh. Good job on the 7! I think i got seven or eight on my last set of bench one time. You have to be having a good day!

  • Unbelieveable!! Keep up the great work chick!

  • ur form is good .. keep it up girl ..

will be waiting for more vids :P

  • JENN: Deadly sqts, dont listen to any of these faggs. You know what your doing and so do the guys you train with. Only value the opinions of people you respect. Great job and keep being HARDCORE.

  • lol, Thanks Dallas!

  • Great fight. You seem to have the same problem I do: The bar path drifts forward on decent. You can imagine squatting down to pick something up during the decent. As soon as your hips break the knees should start traveling out. Lift your head out of the hole to lead your torso, and then your hips will follow. Just a thought. You can also try goodmornings and Romanian dead lifts.

  • Thanks for the advice secuervo =)
