yay! there needs to be more art and less recolour, they say they put alot of thought into recolour pics but where?, the pictures already drawn, the characters already designed, all they have to do is come up with a colour scheme. like thats so hard : p.

sorry, i'm not sure, most art programs i have used either came with my computer or with bought items. apart from MS paint, i'm not sure about free paint programs.
